About Teichmann Lab in the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute

The Teichmann Lab is based in the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute of the University of Cambridge. The Teichmann lab uses cell-atlasing and cellular genetics to map cells in the human body combining cutting-edge methodologies and computational approaches.

About CellTypist

CellTypist was first developed as a platform for exploring tissue adaptation of cell types using scRNA-seq semi-automatic annotations. Now it's an open source tool for automated cell type annotations as well as a working group in charge of curating models and ontologies.
